APPLICATION AT HOME
Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water and enjoy its spicy aroma.
Oral Hygiene: Dilute 1 drop in 1/2 cup warm water; swish for fresh breath (don’t swallow).
Skin Care: Mix 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and apply to cuts or fungal areas.
Respiratory Relief: Add 2–3 drops to hot water, inhale steam for congestion.
Insect Repellent: Blend 5 drops with 2 tbsp water, spray on skin or room.
Massage: Combine 3–4 drops with carrier oil, massage for pain relief.
Hair Care: Mix 2–3 drops with coconut oil, massage into scalp, leave 30 mins, wash.
