πͺ Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds (Whole)
- 1 tbsp Kalonji Seeds (Whole)
- 50 ml Castor Oil
- 50 ml Sesame Oil
βοΈ Preparation
- Warm sesame and castor oils together on low heat.
- Crush fenugreek and kalonji seeds lightly in a mortar and pestle.
- Add seeds to the warm oil and infuse for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and strain the oil into a clean glass bottle.
π How to Use
Massage the oil into the scalp and roots, focusing on thinner areas. Leave for 45 minutes before washing with a mild herbal shampoo. Use 2β3 times a week.
