🌿 Overview
Purpose: Gently cleanses the scalp and hair without stripping; adds bounce and shine.
Dosha Focus: Pitta & Kapha
🪔 Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Amla Powder
- 1 tbsp Shikakai Powder
- 1 tbsp Reetha (Soapnut) Powder
- Warm water or Rose Hydrosol (as needed)
⚗️ Preparation
- In a bowl, combine amla, shikakai, and reetha powders.
- Add warm water or rose hydrosol little by little to form a smooth, pourable paste.
- Rest 5 minutes to activate natural saponins.
💆 How to Use
On wet hair, apply the paste to scalp and lengths. Massage gently for 1–2 minutes. Leave on for 5–8 minutes and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Condition lengths if needed. Avoid contact with eyes.
🌸 Why This Works
Shikakai and Reetha provide mild, natural cleansing via saponins, while Amla supports scalp health and adds natural gloss—resulting in clean, bouncy hair without harsh surfactants.
